Grüv Dance Fitness is Lively's Little Fitness Business. We offer classes for kids, tweens, and adults.
Our goal is to provide Lively with fun, energetic, and affordable fitness classes for kids, tweens and adults of our community.
Zumba® Kids
What better way to exercise and hang out with friends than at a dance party! Perfect for kids ages 4-10. Zumba® Kids will be taught official Zumba® choreographed routines step-by-step (pun intended!) and play fun games. No experience or coordination required.
